Shipping
We ship all orders via NZ Post. We aim to process and ship orders within 48 hours, but please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and postal delays outside our control.
Within NZ: $10 on all orders.
Australia: $20 NZD on all orders.
International: Not available (yet!)
Orders will be shipped via tracked courier by default. However, if you are only buying flat items like zines, stickers or bookmarks, we can ship these via letter mail. Get in touch with us here and we can arrange this.
Letter mail items will be shipped in ziplock or cellophane bags inside a standard paper envelope. We will do our best to protect your items, but we will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost via letter mail.

Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges except where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ). If your item is damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us and we will work with you to come to a solution.
